I hereby authorize Liza Sue Productions and any and all associates, including contract photographers, hereafter referred to as “Company” or “photographer(s),” to publish photographs taken of me, my property, my clients/ associates/ company’s property, or any property I’m arranging photoshoots for, and any people I bring to photoshoot including minors, or may be at the photoshoot, and my name and likeness, for use in Liza Sue Production's print, online and/or video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company publications. STAGING and PREPARATION I will be the only one held liable for any people that may be in the shoot during the shoot time and understand that it is my responsibility to make all necessary arrangements to remove people, vehicles, items from the designated area to be shot - including the peripheral area that may be included in the shot - according to my standards. I also agree that any models, people, items, staging, is my responsibility to take care of, to my liking, before the photographer arrives. I also give full permission to the photographer to additionally arrange, manage, direct and stage the photos as they see fit. If the photographer(s) arrive and the location and/ or models are not prepared to the photographer’s standards, I agree that I will pay rescheduling fees, photoshop fees, or hourly overage fees to compensate the photographer - whichever method the photographer sees fit. RESCHEDULING FEE I have spoken to an associate at the company to book a time and understand that any deposits are non-refundable. I understand there is a $50 minimum rescheduling fee, should I need to change my appointment date or time. Depending on weather and scheduling availability, I understand the Company reserves the right to reschedule photoshoots and postpone deadlines - if they are able to, based on the weather, travel, or other unforeseen events. I understand that he photographers do their best to be prompt and on-time - although some prior shoots may run over in certain circumstances. In which case my photographer will notify me of any delays. DAY RATES I understand that half-day and full-day rates are to reserve that time for the photographer but do not guarantee a full day of shooting, rather the photographer will reserve that time and take the time needed to capture the images needed. I understand that every shoot is unique and while I may have done my best to communicate the space some shoots will go over time estimates including half and full day rate quotes and I’m responsible for paying hourly overages when the photographer needs to go over the estimated time. OWNERSHIP I hereby release and hold harmless the Company from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images taken. I further acknowledge that my participation and/or the property being photographed and those of any minors is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials or other Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever to me or any company I’m associated with. I understand that any commercial usage of the images provided may incur an additional licensing fee and any specific sizing of photos is to be communicated by myself before a quote is given. Any size requests after a quote may incur additional fees and may not be available as the Company does not store files. LIABILITY I do not hold the company or it's associates liable for any injury, bodily harm or death that may occur to me, minors or other persons involved with the photoshoot or as a result of the photoshoot. I do not hold the Company liable for any harm or damage that may occur to the property during the shoot. I acknowledge that any deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. ADDITIONAL FEES I have read and understand what's included in my package or quote and agree to pay additional funds for any services not included in the package or quote. I understand all photoshopping, editing, revisions, tech support to design or use your photos on any platforms, graphic design or technical design support/help, and reshooting requests are additional fees, unless they’re specifically included in my quote and put in writing. STORAGE and FILES I understand the Company does not store any of my files for a length of more than 7 days after the delivery of the photos. It is my responsibility to look through, download and store the files and ask for any resizing of images or further requests within 7 days of receiving my order. File resizing may be an additional fee. All of the company’s photos are delivered digitally or via Youtube links.
